At The Lost Kitchen, we want you to love every piece you select for your home. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to begin the returns process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
