Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Lost Kitchen ships within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Are your ceramic products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic collections are both dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with gold leaf accents or wooden components should be hand-washed to preserve their quality. Please check the 'Care Instructions' on the specific product page.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
